Returns/Exchanges
At this time, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our small business, many items — especially apparel, towels, phone cases, and other merch — are printed individually as orders are placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind purchases. Please double check all sizing, colors, and order details before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging if applicable

Shipping & Processing Time
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, addresses cannot be changed or edited.
All orders are made to order, so please allow approximately 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If your package is returned to Shellin With Linds due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs again in order to have the package re-shipped.
If your order appears lost, delayed, or stuck in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipment email. Once a package has been dropped off with the carrier, it is unfortunately out of our control to make changes or updates to the shipment.
