At this time, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our small business, many items — especially apparel, towels, phone cases, and other merch — are printed individually as orders are placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind purchases. Please double check all sizing, colors, and order details before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us at hello@shellinwithlinds.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
