At Shellin With Linds, every shell is personally hand-picked, packaged with care, and inspected before shipping. Due to the unique and delicate nature of real seashells, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

We are always happy to work with you to make the situation right and will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible 🐚✨
